Nearly everyone arrives already practising without having named it — the stone on the windowsill, the feather kept for twenty years. This stage makes it visible: you recover the stories of what you already hold, and contribute them to a body of work the group builds together. What you build in these eight sessions is yours to keep and to practise, whether or not you ever guide anyone.
